Family Bizness And Partners Will ‘Feed The City’
Durham, NC – Family Bizness LLC, a Durham-based full-service entertainment company, will ‘Feed the City’ again this year. Feed the City was founded in 2020 to assist individuals in the community facing hardships during the holiday season. Family Bizness is collaborating with the Believe Community & Life Center, Gifts with Elegance, Elite Dollz of Faith, and Runnin’ Legacy to raise funds for 100+ turkeys in 30 days.
This year, the intention is to increase their impact by expanding sponsor relationships and recruiting partners with gainful resources.
The second annual Feed the City event will occur on November 20, 2022, from 12 PM to 3 PM at Durham Bottling Company (506 Ramseur Street). Family Bizness has already increased its partnerships with firm commitments from Durham Bottling Co., Beats n Bars Festival, Triangle Resources, Blacktoberfest, Spectacular Magazine, and more. “We are eager to see the heights we can reach when we combine our efforts and continue the mission to Feed the City.
“My hardships helped to shape me into a strong leader and community activist. I could never forget the cold nights or the hunger pains. Now, with the Feed the City initiative, I strive to carry the burden of serving those less fortunate and becoming a resource I wish my family had growing up. It warms my heart each year to continue contributing to feeding individuals and families experiencing hardship. Together, we will be one step closer to accomplishing our goal of feeding the community here in our backyard and beyond.” says CEO Carlos O’Briant.
